## Abstract

This notice establishes Class E airspace at De Kalb, IL. A Localizer/Distance Measuring Equipment (LOC/DME) Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) to Runway (Rwy) 2 has been developed for De Kalb Taylor Municipal Airport. Controlled airspace extending upward from 700 to 1,200 feet above ground level (AGL) is needed to contain aircraft executing the approach. This action creates controlled airspace for this airport.
