Abstract
This action amends Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet Above Ground Level (AGL) at Linden, NJ. The development of new Standard Instrument Approach Procedures (SIAP) based on the Global Positioning System (GPS) at Linden Airport has made this action necessary. This action is intended to provide adequate Class E airspace for instrument flight rules (IFR) operations by aircraft executing the GPS-A SIAP to Linden Airport.
