Abstract
This action establishes a Class E airspace area at Buena Vista Municipal Airport, Buena Vista, CO. The effect of this action is to provide controlled airspace to accommodate the development of a new Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) utilizing the Global Positioning System (GPS). This new SIAP requires airspace in order to contain Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) procedures.
