## Abstract

This action amends the Class D and Class E airspace areas at St. Joseph, MO. A review of the airspace designations for Rosecrans Memorial Airport, St. Joseph, MO indicates it does not comply with the criteria of FAA Order 7400.2D. This action will provide additional controlled airspace extending upward from 700 feet Above Ground Level (AGL) for Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) at Rosecrans Memorial Airport. In addition, a minor correction is also being made to the geographic position coordinates of the Rosecrans Memorial Airport.
