Abstract
This action amends Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet Above Ground Level (AGL) at Selinsgrove, PA. The development of a Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) based on the Global Positioning System (GPS) and the amendment of the VHF Omnidirectional Radio Range (VOR) or GPS-A SIAP at Penn Valley Airport has made this action necessary. This action is intended to provide adequate Class E airspace for instrument flight rules (IFR) operations by aircraft executing the GPS RWY 17 SIAP and VOR or GPS-A SIAP to Penn Valley Airport.
