Abstract
This action amends the Class E airspace areas at Alliance, NE. The FAA has developed Nondirectional Radio Beacon (NDB) Runway (RWY) 12 and NDB RWY 30 Standard Instrument Approach Procedures (SIAPs) to serve Alliance Memorial Airport, NE. Controlled Class E surface area and Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet Above Ground Level (AGL) is necessary to accommodate these SIAPs, and for Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations at the airport.
