Abstract
This action changes the using agency for Prohibited Area P-56, District of Columbia, from the ``Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration,'' to the ``United States Secret Service.'' This change more accurately reflects the operational and administrative use of the area. The existing dimensions and time of designation for P-56 are not affected by this amendment.
