## Abstract

This action removes Restricted Area R-5704 Hermiston, OR. The ammunition demilitarization operation at the Umatilla Chemical Depot has been terminated as a result of the Department of Defense Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) 1989 initiatives. Therefore, the restricted airspace is no longer required for the US Army mission.
