Abstract
This action removes Class E airspace at Palmyra Airpark, Palmyra, NY. The airport has been reclassified from public to private use and instrument procedures to the airport have been cancelled. The need for Class E airspace no longer exists for Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations at the airport. This action will result in the airspace reverting to Class G airspace.
