## Abstract

This document corrects erroneous references that appeared in airworthiness directive (AD) 99-06-08 that was published in the Federal Register on March 12, 1999 (64 FR 12249). That AD contained incorrect references to certain paragraphs. This AD is applicable to certain McDonnell Douglas Model DC-10 and MD-11 series airplanes, and KC-10 (military) series airplanes. This AD requires a one-time inspection for blockage of the lubrication holes on the forward trunnion spacer assembly, and a one-time inspection of the forward trunnion bolt on the left and right main landing gear (MLG) to detect discrepancies; and repair, if necessary.
