## Abstract

This rule modifies Class E airspace at Port Heiden, AK. The establishment of a new Micowave Landing System (MLS) instrument approaches to runway (RWY) 05 at Port Heiden, AK, made this action necessary. Adoption of this proposal will provide adequate controlled airspace for Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations at Port Heiden, AK.
