Interventions

• DRUG: Etoposide, cytarabine, vincristine, dexamethasone
• DRUG: methotrexate, teniposide, PEG-asparaginase
• DRUG: mitoxantrone, cyclophosphamide, mercaptopurine, vinblastine
• DRUG: L-asparaginase, erwinia asparaginase
• PROCEDURE: chemotherapy, intrathecal chemotherapy, steroid therapy
• PROCEDURE: Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant
• PROCEDURE: Natural Killer (NK) Cell Transplant
