## Interventions

- **DRUG:** Ceftazidime - Avibactam ( CAZ-AVI)
- **DRUG:** Doripenem
- **DRUG:** Either switch to oral therapy: 500 mg of Ciprofloxacin (oral)
- **DRUG:** or switch to oral therapy: 800 mg/160 mg of sulfamethoxazole/trimethoprim (oral)
