Angiographically Proven Grade III Unilateral or Bilateral Atherosclerotic Renal Artery Stenosis (ARAS) Greater Than or Equal to 60 Percent

Interventions

DEVICE: Renal artery Angioplasty plus stenting.
DRUG: Anti hypertensive, statin and antiplatelet medication.
