• DIETARY_SUPPLEMENT: Received enteral (milk) feeds during therapeutic hypothermia
• DIETARY_SUPPLEMENT: Enteral (milk) feeds withheld during therapeutic hypothermia
• DIETARY_SUPPLEMENT: Received parenteral nutrition during therapeutic hypothermia
• DIETARY_SUPPLEMENT: Did not receive parenteral nutrition during therapeutic hypothermia
