Interventions

• COMBINATION_PRODUCT: Pre-operative radiotherapy followed by 2 cycles of atezolizumab then surgery
• COMBINATION_PRODUCT: 2 cycles of atezolizumab followed by surgery then post-operative radiotherapy
• COMBINATION_PRODUCT: Pre-operative radiotherapy followed by surgery then 2 cycles of atezolizumab.
