- **DRUG:** 5 mg chloramphenicol, 1 mg dexamethasone sodium phosphate, 0.25 mg tetryzoline hydrochloride, 2 mg Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose, 10 mg α-tocopherol acetate and 8 mg macrogol 400).
