## Interventions

- **PROCEDURE:** Femoral Nerve Block
- **PROCEDURE:** Adductor Canal Nerve Block
- **DRUG:** preoperative Femoral Nerve Block using 20ml of 0.5% ropivacaine
- **DRUG:** Preoperative Adductor canal block with 0.75%% ropivacaine 13.3ml.
