• PROCEDURE: Double-bundle reconstruction （DBR method）
• PROCEDURE: Central axial single-bundle reconstruction（CASBR group）
• OTHER: rehabilitation training protocol
• OTHER: Educate patients on return to sports and the importance of quadriceps strength
