- **DIAGNOSTIC_TEST:** Culture and sensitivity of endoscopic gastric biopsies:
- **OTHER:** Histopathological examination endoscopic gastric biopsies:
- **PROCEDURE:** Upper endoscopy
- **DRUG:** empirical H.pylori regimens
- **DIAGNOSTIC_TEST:** H.Pylori Ag in stool
