- **PROCEDURE:** Lateral Sagittal Infraclavicular Block
- **PROCEDURE:** Inferior vena cava diameter >1.5 cm and Vena Cava Inferior Collapsibility Index (VCI-CI) < 50%
- **DIAGNOSTIC_TEST:** Inferior vena cava diameter <1.5 cm and Vena Cava Inferior Collapsibility Index (VCI-CI) > 50%
