- **DIETARY_SUPPLEMENT:** 500 mL/day of full-fat milk from grass-fed cows (fat >3.8%) for 12 weeks
- **DIETARY_SUPPLEMENT:** 500 mL/day of low-fat milk (fat <1.5%) for 12 weeks
