• BIOLOGICAL: High-dose tetravalent inactivated enterovirus vaccine (Vero cell) )
• BIOLOGICAL: EV71 inactivated enterovirus vaccine (Vero cell) )(for ages 6-71 months）
• BIOLOGICAL: placebo (for ages 6-12 years)
