- **DEVICE:** Cavitation : Study group A only will receive one session per week for three months (total 12 sessions ). Ultrasound treatments are performed using an applicator head with diameter 7 cm . Intensity :
- **OTHER:** high intenisty exercise
- **DIETARY_SUPPLEMENT:** Diet
