Abstract
The United States Patent and Trademark Office (Office) published a final rule in the Federal Register of September 8, 2000, revising the rules of practice in patent cases to implement the Patent Business Goals. This document corrects errors in that final rule and amends the Rules of Practice for consistency with the Patent business Goals final rule.
