## Abstract

The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) is amending the Commerce Control List (CCL) to reflect changes to the Missile Technology Control Regime (MTCR) Annex that were agreed to by MTCR member countries at the September 2002 Plenary in Warsaw, Poland. BIS is also amending certain entries on the CCL to clarify the scope of and jurisdiction for controls on global navigation satellite receiving equipment.
