Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Proceedings: Electronic Filing Procedures; Administrative Protective Order Procedures

The Department of Commerce (``the Department'') is amending its regulations governing the submission of information to the Department in antidumping duty (``AD'') and countervailing duty (``CVD'') proceedings. These amendments will incorporate changes resulting from the Department's implementation of an electronic filing and documents management program. More detailed procedures for electronic filing are set forth in a document separate from the regulations that is entitled ``IA ACCESS Handbook On Electronic Filing Procedures'' (``IA ACCESS Handbook''), which the Department has published on its Web site at http://iaaccess.trade.gov.
