Abstract
The Economic Development Administration ("EDA" or "Agency"), U.S. Department of Commerce ("DOC"), is amending its regulations implementing the Public Works and Economic Development Act of 1965, as amended ("PWEDA"). These comprehensive changes are intended to reflect EDA's current practices and policies in administering its economic development assistance programs.
