On October 7, 2022, the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) placed on public display an interim final rule: "Implementation of Additional Export Controls: Certain Advanced Computing and Semiconductor Manufacturing Items; Supercomputer and Semiconductor End Use; Entity List Modification."
