Abstract
The International Trade Administration (ITA) hereby amends its regulations on antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings on an interim basis in order to implement certain provisions of the Uruguay Round Agreements Act (``URAA''). The interim rules amend and supplement the existing antidumping and countervailing duty regulations in accordance with certain amendments to the antidumping and countervailing duty laws made by the URAA.
