## Abstract

The Department of Commerce (Department) is announcing the applicability of the revised Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-87, ``Cost Principles for State, Local and Indian Tribal Governments,'' (60 FR 26484, May 17, 1995). This Circular establishes principles for determining the allowable costs incurred by State, local, and federally-recognized Indian tribal governments (governmental units) under grants, cost reimbursement contracts, and other agreements with the Federal Government.
