## Abstract

This document contains corrections to EDA's final rule which adopted EDA's interim-final rule (60 FR 56702), September 26, 1995, as modified by the changes noted in the final rule (61 FR 7979), published and effective on March 1, 1996. This correction is to the regulation on requirements for Public Works Impact Program Area (PWIP) designations.
