Abstract
The Patent and Trademark Office published in the Federal Register of July 29, 1997, a document revising certain patent fee and trademark service fee amounts for fiscal year 1998. Inadvertently, an incorrect planned recovery amount was stated. This document corrects the planned recovery amount for fiscal year 1998.
