## Abstract

The Bureau of Export Administration (BXA) is amending the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) (15 CFR parts 730-799) by revising the requirements for exports of high performance computers. This rule revises post-shipment verification (PSV) reporting procedures originally implemented as a result of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for fiscal year 1998 (Pub L. 105-85, 111 Stat. 1629).
