Abstract
The Department of Commerce (``the Department'') hereby amends its regulations on antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings on an interim basis in order to implement certain provisions of the Uruguay Round Agreements Act (``URAA''). The regulations provide, in particular, for procedures for conducting five-year (``sunset'') reviews of antidumping and countervailing duty orders and suspended investigations pursuant to the provisions of sections 751(c) and 752 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (``the Act'').
