## Abstract

The Bureau of Export Administration is amending the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) by revising the license review policy for the export and reexport of certain aircraft parts and components to ensure safety of flight for civil passenger aircraft. License applications for the export and reexport of aircraft parts and components for Syrian civil passenger aircraft will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with a presumption of approval.
