## Abstract

On January 15, 1998, the Bureau of Export Administration (BXA) published an interim rule (63 FR 2452) that implemented the Wassenaar Arrangement list of dual-use items and reporting requirements under the Wassenaar Arrangement. The interim rule revised the Commerce Control List by making revisions to implement the Wassenaar Arrangement. This rule amends Commerce Control List by making certain revisions and clarifications and, in some cases, inserts material inadvertently omitted from the January 15 interim rule.
