Each row: state, year (yearstart-yearend), question (Q036 obesity rate, Q018 physical activity, etc), stratification category + value, data_value with 95% CI, sample_size, geolocation. Surfaces health disparities: which states + which demographic groups have the highest obesity / lowest exercise / worst diet.
