Every CDC VSRR Provisional Drug Overdose Death Count published since 2015 — state × month × drug-class death counts on a 12-month-ending rolling basis. 54 jurisdictions (50 states + DC + PR + NYC + US national rollup), 12 distinct ICD-10 drug indicators (T40.0 opium, T40.1 heroin, T40.2 natural+semi-synthetic opioids, T40.3 methadone, T40.4 synthetic opioids excl. methadone — fentanyl, T40.5 cocaine, T40.6 other narcotics, T43.6 psychostimulants — methamphetamine, plus aggregate categories). Each record has reported deaths + predicted final + data completeness percent. Refreshed monthly from CDC NCHS. Pairs with state-level data on opioid crisis impact.
