Per row: facility ID (CCN), facility name, state, measure ID + name (CLABSI central-line bloodstream infection, CAUTI catheter-associated UTI, SSI surgical-site infection for colon and abdominal hysterectomy, MRSA bacteremia, C. difficile / CDI), comparison to the national benchmark, the standardized infection ratio (SIR) score, predicted cases, observed cases, patient-days, and device-days.
