Per plant: utility owner + utility ID, plant code + name, full physical address, latitude + longitude, balancing authority (CAISO/MISO/PJM/ERCOT/etc), NERC region, primary purpose (NAICS), sector. Joins via plant_code to eia_generators (one plant has 1-50 generators) and eia_owners (joint-ownership chain).
