Each row: state, sector (Electric Utility / IPP / CHP), owner-operator entity name, plant ID + name, generator ID, technology (Coal / Natural Gas Combined Cycle / Solar PV / Wind / Nuclear / Hydroelectric / etc), energy source code (COL, NG, SUN, WND, NUC), prime mover code, balancing authority, net summer capacity MW, operating status. Joins to utility holding companies via owner_name.
