FCC Equipment Authorization Grantees — RF-device makers/importers (50k)

Dataset · Federal Communications Commission · primary source ↗

Every company holding an FCC equipment-authorization grantee code — 50,152 manufacturers/importers that market RF/electronic devices in the US. The grantee code is the first 3-5 characters of every device's FCC ID, so this is the canonical map from FCC ID to the company behind it. 19,212 US + 30,940 foreign across 111 countries — China leads with 12,962, then Taiwan (3,717), South Korea (2,738), Hong Kong (2,397): a direct supply-chain / import lens that joins UFLPA forced-labor + trade-screening + the entity layer by name. Per grantee: code, name, address, country, first-authorized date. Institution-level only (contact-person names + emails dropped at ingest). Powers /equipment-grantee/{code} canonical pages + /api/v1/fcc/grantees/{search,list}. Key-free from opendata.fcc.gov.
