Every US property that has filed 2+ federal flood insurance claims — 240k properties flagged Repetitive Loss (RL) or Severe Repetitive Loss (SRL). Each row: occupancy type (single-family / multi / non-residential / condo), community ID, FEMA flood zone (X/A/AE/V), coordinates (rounded 0.1° for privacy), total losses count, most recent loss date, mitigated flag (acquired/elevated/floodproofed), insured status, original construction date, post-FIRM flag. Surfaces taxpayer-subsidized properties that keep flooding — the institutional flood insurance bailout pattern coastal real estate prefers obscure.
