Each property has: legal name, full address + geocode, congressional district, total units + federally subsidized units, REAC last inspection score (0-100; <60 = troubled), Troubled property code, OPIIS risk category (Standard / Elevated / Severely Elevated), management agent/owner company name + contact, FHA number, HAP contract number, subsidy program indicators (Section 8 / LIHTC / 202 / 811 / PRAC), LIHTC annual allocation amount.
