Each record has the NTSB case number, location, aircraft make/model/registration, FAR Part (91 private / 121 commercial / 135 charter), injury counts, light + weather conditions, and the official probable-cause narrative. Pairs with `nhtsa_complaints` (vehicle safety) and `osha_severe_injury_reports` (workplace injury) for transportation + worker safety panorama.
