Every Form 300A workplace injury & illness summary that US employers with 250+ employees (or 20-249 in high-hazard industries) must file annually with OSHA — 398,620 establishment-year filings for calendar year 2024. Per filing: OSHA record ID + establishment ID, establishment name + parent company + EIN, street address, NAICS code + industry description, annual average employees, total hours worked, total deaths, total injuries, days-away-from-work cases, restricted-duty cases, total DAFW days, illness breakdown (skin disorders / respiratory / poisonings / hearing loss / other). Published under 29 CFR 1904.41 after Public Citizen v. OSHA forced disclosure. Aggregate per-establishment counts only — no individual worker PII. Powers /workplace-300a/{id} canonical Report pages.
