Every report submitted to the Council of the Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency's oversight.gov clearinghouse — 1,045 most recent reports from all 73+ federal Inspector General offices spanning Treasury, DOD, DHS, HHS, DOJ, EPA, FTC, NASA, USPS, Federal Reserve, FDIC, Amtrak, AmeriCorps, GSA, OPM, FCC, FTC, SSA, VA and dozens more. Each record has the submitting OIG, component agency under audit/inspection, type of product (Audit / Inspection / Investigation / Other), publication date, summary, and the path to the full report PDF on the IG's own site. Pairs with `oversight_recommendations` (1,594 outstanding IG recommendations) for the full federal-inspector-general accountability picture. **Pipeline crack**: oversight.gov is Drupal-rendered SPA, but `/api/v2/{reports,recommendations,oigs,agencies}` endpoints return JSON server-side. The API caps at ~1,045 reports per call regardless of paging params — older history would need per-OIG sub-page scraping.
