Every roll-call vote in the US House and Senate 2018-2024. House: ~600 votes per session via clerk.house.gov/evs/{year}/roll{NNN}.xml. Senate: ~400 votes per session via senate.gov/legislative/LIS/roll_call_votes/. Each vote has chamber, congress, session number, vote date, question, vote type (Quorum/Final Passage/Cloture/Motion to Recommit/etc), result (Passed/Failed/Agreed To/Rejected/Cloture Agreed To), legislation reference (H.R./S./PN), yea/nay/present/not-voting tallies. Joins to public-laws table via legis_num. Source: clerk.house.gov + senate.gov (no auth, plain XML).
