Per transaction: issuer CIK, reporting-owner CIK + name, director/officer/10%-owner flags, officer title, transaction date, transaction code (P purchase / S sale / A grant / M option-exercise / F tax / G gift), shares, price per share, shares owned after, direct vs. indirect ownership, security title, and derivative flag.
