Every reported insider transaction from SEC Form 4 filings via EDGAR — corporate officers, directors, and 10%+ beneficial owners disclosing purchases and sales of company stock within the 2-business-day window required since Sarbanes-Oxley (2002). Per transaction: issuer CIK, reporting-owner CIK + name, director/officer/10%-owner flags, officer title, transaction date, transaction code (P purchase / S sale / A grant / M option-exercise / F tax / G gift), shares, price per share, shares owned after, direct vs. indirect ownership, security title, and derivative flag. The real-time public record of insider buying and selling at every US public company.
